Founder & CEO
Dennis Hymel
A graduate of Louisiana State University with a BS in Civil Engineering, Dennis is a licensed professional engineer in four states (LA, MS, AL, and AR) with nearly 20 years' experience in the engineering and construction industries. Dennis has led engineering design teams on a wide range of projects, varying from drainage, civil works and transportation projects, including off-system bridge replacements (OSBR) to interstate widening and rehabilitation projects. Serving clients in the private, local and state markets.
Dennis served as the project manager/engineer of record for several major LADOTD projects such as I-12 to Bush (LA 3241), I-12 widening (US 190 to LA 59), rural bridge replacement, phase I (47 sites), as an engineer on a trio of design build projects on I-10, I-12 and US 90, as well as serving in a lead engineer role for numerous other local and state projects involving master drainage plans, interchanges, feasibility studies, roundabouts, bridge inspection, bridge rehabilitation.
Dennis has served in either a project manager/lead engineer, engineer of record or quality control engineer or role on nearly 130 bridge replacement projects throughout Louisiana.

Land Surveyor
Matt Ledet
A Nicholls State University graduate with a BS in Geomatics and Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Matt is a licensed professional land surveyor in Louisiana and Kentucky with nearly 20 years surveying experience serving the private and public works markets.

Matt’s experience includes topographic, boundary and hydrographic surveys for projects involving bridge replacements, roadway, drainage and utilities as well as large scale private developments for industrial and residential developments.

Matt has served as the lead surveyor/surveyor of record for several major LADOTD projects including I-12 to Bush (LA 3241), rural bridge replacement, phase I (47 sites), rural bridge replacement phase II (40 sites), I-49 South/LA 318 (right of way), as well as on numerous topographic and right of way surveys for roundabouts, bridge replacements, roadway widening and Interchange projects, master drainage plans, civil works, and ALTA surveys.

Over his career, Matt has led the survey effort on nearly 80 bridge replacement projects for LADOTD and local partners throughout Louisiana.
